Late Application for Parental Leave. Where an application for parental leave under subsection 18.08 - Parental Leave, is not made in accordance with subsection 18.07(b), the employee is nonetheless entitled to, and an application to the Employer shall be granted, parental leave under this section for the full-thirty-seven (37) week leave period.
