LAWS GOVERNING THE CONTRACT. This Contract shall be governed by the Indian Laws for the time being in force and it shall be deemed to have been executed at Jaduguda, District Singhbhum (East), Jharkhand within the ordinary Civil Jurisdiction of the competent courts in the district of Singhbhum (East).

LAWS GOVERNING THE CONTRACT. 13.1 This contract shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
13.2 Irrespective of the place of delivery and the place of payment under the contract, the contract shall be deemed to have been made in Delhi (India) from where the ‘Letter of Acceptance’ of the bid has been issued and where the contract is to be performed by undertaking maintenance of the buses.
LAWS GOVERNING THE CONTRACT i. The laws of India shall govern this contract.
ii. Irrespective of the place of works, the place of performance or place of the payment under the contract, the contract shall be deemed to have been made at the place from which the letter of acceptance has been issued.
iii. Courts in Delhi shall alone have jurisdiction to decide any dispute arising out of or in respect of contract, but not settled through the dispute resolution provision in the contract.
LAWS GOVERNING THE CONTRACT i) This contract shall be governed by the laws of Bihar, India
ii) The Courts of Patna shall alone have jurisdiction to decide any dispute arising out of or in respect of the contract.
iii) Terms and expressions not herein defined shall have the meaning assigned to them, if any, in the Indian Sale of Goods Act, 1930 or the Indian Contract Act, 1872 or the General Clauses Act, 1897 as amended from time to time.
iv) In view of the notification issued by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, Gazette Notification no. SO 1468 (E) dated 6.10.2005 and GSR 627 (E) dated 7.10.2005, it would be sole responsibility of the Rate contract holder to comply with the applicable rules and regulations from time to time.
v) Procurement cell will entertain only direct correspondence from XX xxxxxx.
LAWS GOVERNING THE CONTRACT i) The contract will be governed by the Laws of India for the time being in force and as amended or made from time to time.
ii) All disputes shall be settled in accordance with the Laws of India for the time being in force and as amended from time to time.
iii) All disputes arising out of or in relation to this contract or Agreement shall be settled by mutual discussions through Conciliation and in the event of failure of conciliation, such disputes shall be referred to Arbitration in accordance with the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
LAWS GOVERNING THE CONTRACT. The Courts at Noida only shall have the jurisdiction for filing the award of the arbitration and for any other judicial proceedings.
LAWS GOVERNING THE CONTRACT. This Contract shall be governed by the Indian Laws for the time being in force. The Contractor shall not be permitted to tender for works in the IPR(Responsible for award and execution of work) in which his near relative is posted as an officer in any capacity. He shall also intimate the names of persons who are working with him in any capacity or are subsequently employed by him and who are near relatives of any officer in the IPR. Any breach of this condition by the Contractor would render him liable to be removed from the approved list of contractors of the IPR. Note: By term "Near Relatives" is meant wife, husband, parents and grand parents, children and grand children, brothers and sisters, uncles and aunts, cousins and their corresponding in-laws.

This contract shall be governed by the laws of India for the time being in force. • Irrespective of the place of delivery, the place of performance or place of payment under the contract, the contract shall be deemed to have been made at the place from which the acceptance of tender has been issued.
LAWS GOVERNING THE CONTRACT. 16.01 The CONTRACT shall be subject to Indian laws, rules and regulations, notifications etc. issued from time to time under these laws.
