Layoff of Faculty. 41.2.1 A member of the faculty or academic staff who wishes to assert qualifications and ability to perform Teaching & Teaching-Related Responsibilities within an additional discipline or disciplines must deliver to Human Resources a written statement including a summary of the member’s qualifications within the relevant discipline(s) within 21 calendar days of the posting of the Notice of Intention to Layoff faculty and/or academic staff.
