Leading Hands. (a) A person specifically appointed to be a leading hand shall be paid at the rate of the undermentioned additional amounts above the rate of the highest classification supervised, or his/her own rate, whichever is the highest, in accordance with the number of persons in his/her charge:- Weekly Only $ Base Rate Per Hour $
