Payment on Death If an employee dies who was entitled to accumulated annual leave under the provisions of this Article, the heirs of such deceased employee shall be paid an amount of money equal to the number of unused hours of annual leave earned or accrued multiplied by the hourly rate of such deceased employee.
Payment upon Termination In the event that the City or Consultant terminates this Agreement pursuant to Section 8, the City shall compensate the Consultant for all outstanding costs and reimbursable expenses incurred for work satisfactorily completed as of the date of written notice of termination. Consultant shall maintain adequate logs and timesheets in order to verify costs incurred to that date. The City shall have no obligation to compensate Consultant for work not verified by logs or timesheets.
Payment on Termination If an employee is terminated after the end of a year of employment, the employee is deemed to have been given any untaken leave from the date of termination and shall be paid for that leave accordingly. The employee shall also be paid for any public holidays falling within the period of leave in addition to payment for the leave. If an employee is terminated before the end of a full year of employment, the employee shall be paid pro-rata annual leave based on the period of service.

Any award under this procurement process is not exclusive and the ESC Region 8 and TIPS reserves the right to purchase goods and services from other vendors when it is in the best interest of t he ESC Region 8 and TIPS. On Termination (a) An employee who voluntarily terminates his employment will be provided his final pay on the next regular payday.
Refund or Payment upon Termination If this Agreement is terminated by You in accordance with Section 12.3 (Termination), We will refund You any prepaid fees covering the remainder of the term of all Order Forms after the effective date of termination. If this Agreement is terminated by Us in accordance with Section 12.3, You will pay any unpaid fees covering the remainder of the term of all Order Forms. In no event will termination relieve You of Your obligation to pay any fees payable to Us for the period prior to the effective date of termination.
Payments Upon Termination 4.1 The Customer shall pay the Company liquidated damages (total monthly fee as specified in the Sales and Services Agreement x remaining months in the Term) upon the occurrence of any of the following events before the expiry of the Term:
Procedure Upon Termination In the event of termination by Buyer or Seller, as applicable, pursuant to Section 6.1 hereof, written notice thereof shall forthwith be given to the other party and the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall be terminated without further action by Buyer or Seller. Automatic Termination This Agreement shall automatically and immediately terminate in the event of its “assignment” (as defined in the 1940 Act).
