Common use of LEADING HANDS Clause in Contracts

LEADING HANDS. In addition to the appropriate margin prescribed in this subclause, a Leading Hand shall be paid: $ (a) If placed in charge of not less than three and not more than ten other employees 21.90 (b) If placed in charge of not less than ten and not more than 20 other employees 35.10 (c) If placed in charge of more then 20 other employees 43.50 (25.3) A casual employee shall be paid 20 per cent in addition to the ordinary rate.
