LEASE TERM AND RENEWAL. (i) The lease shall have a twelve-month term. Except as provided in paragraph (a)(2)(ii) of this section, the lease term must be automatically renewed for the same period. (ii) The PHA may not renew the lease if the family has violated the requirement for resident performance of community service or participation in an economic self-sufficiency program in accordance with part 960, subpart F of this chapter. (iii) At any time, the PHA may terminate the tenancy in accordance with § 966.4(l).
LEASE TERM AND RENEWAL. 1. Lease term and renewal: The Effective Date shall be the date on which this Lease is first signed. The first month’s rent is due at the signing of this Lease. If the Effective Date occurs after the first day of the month, the first month’s rent will be pro-rated. In the event HACP determines that this lease has been breached, HACP may choose to decline to renew the Lease upon expiration in addition to or exclusive of any remedy HACP may seek or has previously sought. 2. At any time, the HACP may terminate the tenancy in accordance with Section 13.

The term of this Agreement shall be, regardless of the Date of Signature, one (1) year from the first Move-in Day as specified by Yamanashi Gakuin University (hereinafter referred to as the “University”). 2. The Lessee must move in to and live in the iCLA Student Dormitory for the first two (2) semesters after enrolling. However, if the Lessee is unable to move in to the iCLA Student Dormitory immediately after enrollment beyond their reasonable control due to natural disasters, earthquakes, wars, riots, terrorism, epidemics of infectious diseases, or force majeure caused by acts by public authorities such as government agencies, the lessee must live in the iCLA Student Dormitory for two semesters from the semester designated by the Lessor. 3. If the Lessee wishes to terminate this Agreement and move out of the dormitory after having stayed in the dormitory for two (2) semesters, in principle, the Lessee can move out of the dormitory on the Move-out Day of each semester (Spring Semester, Fall Semester and Winter Session Period) that is designated by the University. 4. If the Lessee wishes to terminate this Agreement and move out of the dormitory, the Lessee shall notify by giving the Lessor the Move-out form, in principle, at least 30 days prior to the desired moving out date, or, if the Lessor specifies a date, by that date. Thereafter, this Agreement shall be renewed and extended automatically for successive periods of one (1) year each unless the Move-out form is submitted by the Lessee. LEASE TERM AND RENEWAL. 1.1 The primary term of this LEASE shall be thirty (30) years beginning on BEGIN DATE. The first "LEASE YEAR" shall begin on BEGIN DATE and each LEASE YEAR thereafter will begin on each succeeding anniversary of BEGIN DATE. 1.2 If at the expiration of the primary term, LESSEE holds the right to occupy and use the adjoining uplands and has faithfully complied with all terms, covenants, conditions, and obligations of this LEASE, then LESSEE shall have the option to renew this LEASE for a secondary term of twenty (20) years on such terms and provisions as may then be agreed upon by LESSOR and LESSEE. 1.3 If at the expiration of the secondary term, LESSEE holds the right to occupy and use the adjoining uplands and has faithfully complied with all terms, covenants, conditions and obligations of the LEASE as renewed, then LESSEE shall have the prior right, exclusive of all other persons, to re-lease LEASE PREMISES at the expiration of the secondary term on such terms and provisions as may then be agreed upon by LESSOR and LESSEE. 1.4 It is expressly agreed and understood that during the secondary term of this LEASE and during the term of any future leases entered pursuant to Paragraph 1.3 LESSEE shall fully comply with all laws of the State of Mississippi governing the leasing of submerged lands and tidelands in effect at the time of renewal or re-leasing.
LEASE TERM AND RENEWAL. The Lease is comprised of three (3) consecutive Lease terms (each term known as “Term”, and collectively known as “Terms”). The initial Term begins on the Effective Date of this Agreement and runs until 11:59PM, December 31, 2021. Xxxxxx accepts rent from Lessee/Buyer (other than past due rent), in which case a month-to-month tenancy shall be created which either party may terminate by a thirty (30) day written notice; or c. Lessee/Buyer closes on the Purchase.

LEASE TERM AND RENEWAL. This Dwelling Lease shall be for a term of twelve (12) months beginning on , and is to be automatically renewable for all purposes for successive periods of equal length except noncompliance with community service requirements or unless properly terminated pursuant to the terms of this Lease and the laws of the State of New Jersey. The Hightstown Housing Authority as Landlord has a zero tolerance policy with lease terms regarding drug and/or criminal activity. Housing Authority Tenants, members of the Tenant’s household, and/or guests who engage in drug and other criminal activity will face eviction action as required by the Lease.
