Leave Allowances. An employee shall accumulate leave allowance in proportion to the employee’s FTE. Leave allowance shall be recorded in hours. All absences shall be reported to the employer. Whenever possible, absences should be reported prior to leave being taken. The district will produce a monthly absence summary for each employee, to be verified by the employee and the principal/supervisor.
