Common use of LEAVE FOR EMPLOYMENT WITH THE UNION Clause in Contracts

LEAVE FOR EMPLOYMENT WITH THE UNION. Upon written certification from the Union and the agreement of the Agency/Department Head, one (1) employee who is subject to this Memorandum of Understanding shall be granted a leave of absence without pay for a period of up to six (6) months to work for Local 21. At the end of such leave the employee shall be returned to his/her same classification and Agency/Department.

LEAVE FOR EMPLOYMENT WITH THE UNION. Upon written certification from the Union and the agreement of the Agency/Department Head, one (1) employee who is subject to this Memorandum of Understanding MOU shall be granted a leave of absence without pay for a period of up to six (6) months to work for Local 21. At the end of such leave the employee shall be returned to his/her same classification and Agency/Department.

LEAVE FOR EMPLOYMENT WITH THE UNION. Upon written certification from the Union and the agreement of the Agency/Department HeadCourt Executive Officer, up to two employees at any one (1) employee time who is are subject to this Memorandum of Understanding Agreement shall be granted a leave of absence without pay for a period of up to six (6) months in a calendar year to work for Local 211021. At the end of such leave the employee shall be returned to his/her same classification and Agency/Departmentin the Court.

At the end of such leave the employee shall be returned to his/her same classification and Agency/Department.

LEAVE FOR EMPLOYMENT WITH THE UNION. Upon written certification from the Union and the agreement of the AgencyCNE/Department HeadManager or Designee, one (1) employee who is subject to this Memorandum of Understanding shall be granted a leave of absence without pay for a period of up to six (6) months in a twelve (12) month period to work for Local 211021. At the end of such leave the employee shall be returned to his/her same classification and Agency/Department.
