LEAVE FOR EMPLOYMENT WITH THE UNION. Upon written certification from the Union and the agreement of the Agency/Department Head, one (1) employee who is subject to this MOU shall be granted a leave of absence without pay for a period of up to six (6) months to work for Local 21. At the end of such leave the employee shall be returned to his/her same classification and Agency/Department.
