Leave for Jury Duty. 10.7.1 A teacher shall be granted leave to appear for jury duty in the manner prescribed by Education Code Section 44037. 10.7.2 Juror's fees earned by the teacher on teacher workdays shall be assigned to the District. Reimbursement received for mileage shall be kept by the teacher.
