Common use of Leave for Other Association Business Clause in Contracts

Leave for Other Association Business. Whenever conditions permit, Association officials may be granted leave from duty, with pay, for any reasonable and just cause as may be determined and granted by the City Manager. Approval for such leave by the City Manager shall not unreasonably be denied.
