Rights of Representatives. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, if an individual Member that is an Entity is dissolved or terminated, the powers of such Member may be exercised by its personal representative to the extent required by the Act.
Rights of Representatives. A Representative shall have the right to demand or join in demanding a poll and shall (except and to the extent to which the Representative is specifically directed to vote for or against any proposal) have power generally to act at a meeting for the Voting Mortgagee concerned. The Security Trustee and any officer of the Security Trustee may be appointed a Representative.
Rights of Representatives. Each Association representative shall be allowed to serve in his/her capacity of representative. Representatives shall be allowed time with pay for the time requested unless operational demands preclude permission to leave the work location being granted. Use of representative time off with pay, as provided herein, shall not be abused by the employee, and use of said time will not be unreasonably withheld by the Division Manager or designee. Each representative may participate in any of the duties arising within his/her jurisdictional area, those duties being defined as:
1. The investigation of a bargaining unit member’s grievance;
2. Representation of a member/grievant at any step of the grievance procedure established in Article 12 of this contract;
3. Consultation with duly accredited representatives of the Association who are not employees of the City;
4. Dispute and conflict resolution. Representatives may be allowed to investigate possible conflicts and ways to resolve them. Human Resources and the affected division shall be notified of these investigations prior to commencement.
5. Member representation during a scheduled formal disciplinary hearing.

A Representative of a Noteholder shall have the right to demand or join in demanding a poll and shall (except and to the extent to which the Representative is specially directed to vote for or against any proposal) have power generally to act at a meeting for the Noteholder. The Trustee, the Trust Manager and any officer of the Trustee and the Trust Manager may be appointed a Representative.
Rights of Representatives. 5.5.1 A unit member alleging a grievance may be represented at all stages of the grievance procedure by an Association-designated representative.

5. Member representation during a scheduled formal disciplinary hearing. 5.2.4 Obligations of Representatives The following are the obligations of representatives when conducting Association business:
1. All representatives shall notify their Division Manager or designee prior to the time they wish to conduct appropriate business.
2. The conduct of Association representative business shall be such as not to unduly interfere with other employees' duties.
3. Association representatives must check in with an employee's Division Manager or designee before contacting the employee in order to identify himself/herself and to make arrangements to communicate with a particular employee.
Rights of Representatives. If a Partner who is a natural person dies, or is adjudged incompetent, the Partner’s executor, administrator, guardian, conservator, or legal representative may exercise the rights of the Partner under this Agreement for purposes of administering the Partner’s property or settling the Partner’s estate. If a Partner is a corporation, trust, or other entity, and is dissolved or terminated, the Partner’s legal successor or representative may exercise its rights. Nothing contained in this Section 7.4 will constitute any such executor, administrator, guardian, conservator, representative, or successor a Substituted Limited Partner, unless admitted as such pursuant to Section 7.6.

A Representative of a Bondholder will have the right to speak at the meeting and to demand or join in demanding a poll and will (except and to the extent to which the Representative is specifically directed to vote for or against any proposal) have power generally to act at the meeting for the Bondholder concerned.
Rights of Representatives. 7:01 The Employer recognizes the Union’s right to select Representatives to represent employees.
7:02 The Union agrees to provide the Employer with a list of Representatives and any subsequent changes. The Union shall provide appropriate identification for Representatives.
7:03 Representatives and employees shall not conduct Union business during their working time.
7:04 Where a Representative considers that an urgent complaint requires immediate investigation, the employee shall first obtain permission from their immediate supervisor before leaving work to investigate. Such permission shall not be unreasonably sought or denied.
7:05 Where a Representative investigates in accordance with Section :04, they shall suffer no loss of pay or benefits.
7:06 Where Representatives have been granted permission as referred to in 7:04 above, they shall upon return to their duties, notify their immediate supervisor of their return.
7:07 Where one representative attends an informal meeting with the Employer to discuss or seek to resolve a grievance, or attends a hearing as per Article 36:09
Rights of Representatives. Where any Holder becomes mentally disordered, dies or becomes bankrupt, the manager or personal representatives or the assignee of the Holder's estate, as the case may be, shall, upon the production of such evidence as may from time to time be properly required by the Issuer, be entitled to the same distributions and other advantages, and to the same rights (whether in relation to meetings of the Holders or to voting or otherwise) as the Holder would have been entitled to if the Holder had not become mentally disordered, died or become bankrupt. Where two or more persons are jointly entitled to any Bond in consequence of the death of the Holder they shall, for the purposes of this Deed, be deemed to be joint Holders of the Bond.
