Common use of Leave No Pay Clause in Contracts

Leave No Pay. Other Leave may be granted without pay. Leave shall not be granted in excess of one (1) month but may, under proper circumstances, be renewed from month to month, provided that renewals cannot be granted for a total cumulative period of more than six (6) months. Xxxx leave will not be cumulative during leave granted hereunder nor will vacation credits be earned. Insurance, including dental and vision care coverage, will be terminated if the leave results in absence of more than thirty (30) calendar days.
