Relationship Managers The Participant Relationship Manager and the Reclaim Fund Relationship Manager at the date of this agreement for the purposes of clause 27 of Part B of this agreement are as follows:
(a) the Participant Relationship Manager: Xxxxxx Xxxxx; and
Staff Representatives A. The Union will provide the Employer with a written list of staff representatives and the bargaining unit for which they are responsible. The Union will provide written notice to the Employer of any changes within thirty (30) calendar days of the changes.
B. Staff representatives may have access to the Employer’s offices or facilities to carry out representational activities. The representatives will notify the Employer prior to their arrival and will not interrupt the normal operations of the Employer. The staff representative may meet with bargaining unit employees in non-work areas during the employee’s meal periods, rest periods, and before and after the employee’s shift.
C. The Employer’s written Board of Trustee or administrative policies pertaining to employees represented by the Union will be made available to staff representatives.
Instructions for Operators This agreement is intended to be provided to an Operator from a LEA. The Operator should fully read the agreement and is requested to complete the below areas of the agreement. Once the Operator accepts the terms of the agreement, the Operator should wet sign the agreement and return it to the LEA. Once the LEA signs the agreement, the LEA should provide a signed copy of the agreement to the Operator. Alliance Managers Promptly following the Effective Date, each Party will designate an alliance manager to be reasonably available to the other Party to facilitate communication, respond to questions and otherwise oversee that the Parties’ activities hereunder are in line with this Agreement. Such alliance managers will regularly interact with each other on a frequency to be mutually agreed by the Parties and on an ad hoc basis if requested by the Joint Project Team or the Project Leaders. A Party may replace its alliance manager at any time by written notice to the other Party.
Nurse Representatives The Employer agrees to recognize two (2) Nurse Representatives for the purpose of dealing with grievances and conducting Union interviews.
Enterprise Information Management Standards Performing Agency shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Chief Data and Analytics Officer. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.
Parent-Teacher Conferences A. Unit member shall be available at mutually arranged times during the regular school day to confer with parents regarding learning difficulties, student progress and/or behavioral problems a student may be experiencing. Unit members are encouraged to arrange a meeting or conference with parents before or after the regular school day if both time and place are mutually agreeable.
B. In the event that a bargaining unit member does not communicate with a parent on the established date for parent unit member conferences as per the calendar adopted by the Board, a reasonable attempt to contact that parent will be made. A reasonable attempt constitutes a phone call or email. If that contact is not returned, the bargaining unit member shall not be obligated to make further contact.
Relationship Management LAUSD expects Contractors and their Representatives to ensure that their business dealings with and/or on behalf of LAUSD are conducted in a manner that is above reproach.
Association Representatives Authorized representatives of the Association shall be permitted to transact Association business on and with school property at all reasonable times provided that such activities shall not interfere with normal school operations.
