Appointment Letter. Normally within fifteen (15) working days following the Employer’s decision to hire, the successful candidate will be provided with a written offer of appointment, copied to the Union, setting out the position title and workplace location, commencement date, hours of work, entitlement to expense allowances, benefit information, name and phone number of the Union Xxxxxxx and a copy of this Collective Agreement.
