Legal Description and Survey. Prior to NTP (or prior to any LNTP Work where applicable), Owner shall provide to Contractor (i) the legal description of the Site as set forth in Attachment Y and (ii) a survey of the Site showing the boundaries of the Site and one survey control point. Contractor shall be entitled to rely upon the accuracy of this information. To the extent any existing structures or utilities are shown in the survey, Contractor shall independently verify the locations of such existing structures and utilities.
