LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION. 23.1 Each Agreement and the Services contemplated under each work order or request for services and the applicable Purchase Order, will be subject to all relevant legislation, regulations, codes, and rules, whether federal, provincial or municipal pertaining to the location or locations where the Services are performed or furnished. In the event any provision of any Agreement incorporating these Master Consulting Terms and Conditions is found to be contrary to, or inconsistent with, any such legislation, regulation, code or rule, such provision will be conclusively deemed to be modified accordingly, but in all other respects the remainder of the Agreement will continue in full force and effect. It is agreed that any legal interpretation given to an Agreement will be governed by the laws in force in the Province of Alberta.
