Gateway Services definition

Gateway Services means the payment processing services offered through the PSiGate Payment Gateway.
Gateway Services has the meaning set out in article 6.
Gateway Services means the provision by us of an online portal that (among other things, and pursuant to the provisions of Schedule 4) supports the processing of Authorisation Requests and Capture Requests and the transmission of Data by us between you and the Buyer and/or between you and an Acquirer or Other Acquirer to enable a Transaction, Representment or Retro-Charge or making a Refund over the internet. We do not enter into the possession of any funds in the course of providing the Gateway Services (or at all where the Gateway Services are provided and you are using an Other Acquirer);

Examples of Gateway Services in a sentence

  • Gateway Services neither include, nor does NCR Voyix take any responsibility for, any payment processing services, which must be provided by currently supported Processors with whom you contract directly.

  • You will not sell or otherwise provide, directly or indirectly, any of the Gateway Services to any third party.

  • Merchant shall be solely responsible for all equipment, hardware and software required to access or use Gateway Services.

  • Merchant shall be fully and solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of all card transactions submitted and processed via Gateway Services, including determining the appropriate action to be taken for each such transaction (approve, void, reject or decline).

  • Other than the express license granted herein, PayFacto grants no right or license to Merchant by implication, estoppel or otherwise to the Gateway Services.


More Definitions of Gateway Services

Gateway Services means the transmission over the internet of Data through Our technical systems from You to the relevant Acquirer or Other Financial Institution;
Gateway Services means the delivery of payment transaction authorization and settlement data to and from Merchants and transaction processors, and related services provided by Reseller.
Gateway Services means the gateway services offered by PayPal which provide Merchants with the software and connectivity required to allow real-time secure data transmission for processing of credit card, debit card and certain other available payment method payments on a website or mobile application. The Gateway Services include those additional products and services provided by PayPal, including but not limited to the Forwarding Services, Grant Services and ACH Services (“PayPal Products and Services”), which are provided subject to the additional PayPal Products and Services as set forth on the Braintree website which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In addition, the Gateway Services include certain payment technology services provided by third parties that are used to facilitate your processing of credit and debit card payments (“Payment Technology Services”). In order to use these services, you agree to the applicable Payment Technology Services terms as set forth on the Braintree website which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. You acknowledge and agree that the Payment Technology Services are provided solely by the relevant third party (and not PayPal) as set forth in the applicable Payment Technology Services terms, and that PayPal will under no circumstances be responsible or liable for any damages, losses or costs whatsoever suffered or incurred by you resulting from any Payment Technology Services.
Gateway Services means debit POS authorization, settlement and Reg E adjustment processing with selected EFT Networks.
Gateway Services means the electronic transmission of Payment Transaction Data from the Merchant through Paysafe’s technical systems to the relevant Payment Scheme Facilitator;
Gateway Services means the hosted gateway services provided by Elavon, as further described in the Operating Guide.
Gateway Services means the gateway services offered by NanoKard which provide Merchants with the software and connectivity required to allow real-time secure data transmission for processing of NanoKard payments in a retail store, on a website or mobile application. The Gateway Services include those additional products and services provided by NanoKard, including but not limited to NanoKard payments, ACH Services, push to card, and transaction reporting Services. In addition, the Gateway Services include certain payment technology services provided by third parties that are used to facilitate and monitor your processing of NanoKard payments (“Payment Technology Services”). You acknowledge and agree that the Payment Technology Services are provided solely by the relevant third-party (and not NanoKard) as set forth in the applicable Payment Technology Services terms (Available at Visa: xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/dam/VCOM/download/about-visa/visa-rules-public.pdf; MasterCard: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xx/en-us/about-mastercard/what-we-do/rules.html; American Express: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/us/merchant/merchant-regulations.html, and that XxxxXxxx will under no circumstances be responsible or liable for any damages, losses or costs whatsoever suffered or incurred by you resulting from any Payment Technology Services. You acknowledge that XxxxXxxx uses digital wallet accounts for its Gateway Services. You acknowledge and consent to the use of the digital wallet accounts to deposit, transact, and receive funds and agree to disclose same to any of your customers that transact on using the Services. You appoint NanoKard as your limited payment collection agent for the sole purpose of accepting payment on your behalf from your customers for goods or services purchased from you using the Services and, depending on the region, applicable taxes and fees. You agree that payment by any of your customers to NanoKard constitutes payment made directly to you and fully satisfies the customer’s obligation to you for that payment, and you must fulfill your obligations to the customer as if you had received the payment directly from the user.
