Legislative Increases. A. Eligible employees shall receive any legislatively appropriated increases as provided for by the Florida Legislature. B. Employees who meet the criteria for increases as set forth by the Florida Legislature and who have a current performance evaluation of “meets” or better, shall be eligible for the legislatively appropriated increases.
