Common use of Length of Probationary Period Clause in Contracts

Length of Probationary Period. The probationary period is 1,040 compensable hours exclusive of overtime or any hours/time an employee is on an unpaid leave of absence, with the exception of leave resulting from an accepted worker’s compensation case.
