Change in Position. If the Company and/or its Subsidiaries changes the Participant’s position or title with the Company and its Subsidiaries, or transfers the Participant from one affiliate to another, this Agreement and my obligations hereunder will remain in force.

Change in Position. Staff members changing positions will be placed in the compensation classification level of the position, effective with the date of change. Step placement will be maintained regardless of the number of compensation classification level ranges changed.

The Company shall settle any RSUs that become Vested RSUs under this Section 6(e) by paying the Grantee a cash amount equal to the Fair Market Value of one Share for each Vested RSU as soon as administratively practicable after the Vesting Date, but in any event within the short-term deferral period specified in Treasury Regulation § 1.409A-1(b)(4).

Change in Position. A. Any employee who is promoted from teacher to master teacher shall receive the nearest higher salary, which affords at least five percent (5%) additional compensation, as of the date upon which the appointment becomes effective. Such employee shall be granted a step increase in accordance with the provisions for step advancement as stated in Section 8.5.2 above.

Change in Position. Notwithstanding any change in the position(s) shown below as held by the Indemnitee with the Company, this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect, and a new agreement between the parties hereto need not be executed and delivered as long as Indemnitee continues to serve as an officer and/or member of the Board of Directors of the Company or any subsidiary of the Company.
