Length of Probationary Period. Except as otherwise provided for in this article, an Employee appointed to a continuing or recurring full-time position shall be on probation for a period of twenty-four (24) months of continuous service, and an Employee appointed to a recurring part-time position shall be on probation for a period of thirty-six (36) months of continuous service prior to being eligible for the College to confer regular status.
