Common use of Level Four - Formal Clause in Contracts

Level Four - Formal. a. If the grievant or KCCCSA is not satisfied with the disposition at Level Three, the KCCCSA may request that the issue be submitted to arbitration within five (5) days after receipt of the written notice of the action taken by the Superintendent.
