Food Service Director. In addition to regular teaching duties, the Director shall be responsible for all food purchasing, scheduling, billing to accounts, receiving of goods, nutritional guidelines meeting Federal standards, school lunch free/reduced applications, state ordering through diversion, record keeping and paperwork, USDA compliance, financial reports, budget responsibilities, and any additional time (beyond the scheduled work day) to prepare school lunches. The Director shall oversee all non- teaching activities and shall spend approximately 30% of his/her time overseeing administrative tasks. The remaining 70% shall be spent in direct student-teacher contact.
Food Service Director. II -- Effective July 1, 2021, the civil service title of Food Service Director II shall be changed from column “K” to “C”.
Food Service Director. B. Unless otherwise indicated, the term "employees" when used hereinafter in this Agreement, shall refer to all recognized employees represented by the Association in the negotiating unit as defined above. Also, the term “custodian” shall apply to custodian, groundskeepers, maintenance and technical personnel unless otherwise indicated.
Food Service Director. A. The Food Service Director shall have three (3) paid personal days and may, with the Superintendent’s approval, be granted two (2) additional personal business days, which will be deducted from the Food Service Director’s sick leave days. The personal business days may be used at any time, with approval of the Superintendent, except to extend a vacation period (unless approved by the Superintendent). Up to two (2) unused personal days of the three (3) per year may be carried to the following school year. The maximum number of personal days shall never exceed five (5).

Food Service Director. (a) Subject to division (e) of this Section, Xxxxxxxxx agrees to hire Xxxx Xxxxxx (“the food service director”), to perform shared food service director services for the Participating Districts as outlined in Addendum A attached hereto and any other related services that may be necessary from time to time. Food Service Director. The place of employment shall be West Noble School Corporation. The dates of employment shall be July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024. The total amount due for this contract shall be $48,000 per year for 220 work days and 8 hours per day and paid biweekly. It is agreed that either party to this contract may, with two weeks notice, terminate this agreement. It is further agreed that in the event of written notice of termination of employment by the Board of Education or the employee, said employee shall be entitled to no further compensation under this contract.
