Level II College President. If the grievant is not satisfied with the decision rendered at Level I, the grievant may file a written grievance at level II with the College Presidnet within ten (10) days of the receipt of the Level I decision. 12.4.2.2.1 A Level II meeting shall be scheduled within ten (10) working days of the filing date. 12.4.2.2.2 The President of the college shall, within ten (10) working days following the meeting to discuss the grievance, render a decision and the reasons therefore, in writing, to the grievant. A copy of the decision at this level shall be sent to the Head of, Human Resources or designee and CSEA. If no decision is rendered within ten (10) working days the grievant may proceed to level III.
