Level III - Board of Trustees a. If the grievant is not satisfied with the decision at Level II, he/she may, within ten (10) days, appeal the decision in writing to the Board of Trustees by filing said appeal with the Superintendent. Upon receipt of the appeal, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall prepare, within ten (10) working days, a full report for the Board of Trustees. This report shall include the statement of grievance and other pertinent materials. The grievant and the exclusive representative shall be given a copy of said report.
