Level III Head of Human Resources. If the grievant is not satisfied with the decision rendered at the previous level, the grievant may file for a Level III conference within ten (10) days of the receipt of the decision. A grievant filing for a Level III conference will forward the written grievance to the Head of Human Resources or designee and request a conference with the Head of Human Resources or designee, if desired.
