Level One - Principal or Administrator involved. a. A member of the unit with a grievance or other dispute shall submit the grievance in writing within fifteen (15) school days of the occurrence giving rise to it and discuss it with the building principal or, with the administrator whose decision or action gave rise to the grievance. The grievance shall be in writing and shall specify the grievance asserted, the section of the contract alleged to be involved, or the Board policy involved, if any. However, grievances involving action taken by the Board of Education, the Superintendent of Schools, or other Central Office supervisors or administrators shall be submitted in writing directly at Level Two - Superintendent of Schools within fifteen (15) school days of the occurrence giving rise to the grievance.
