The Sick Bank Committee i. A Committee comprised of one (1) member from each bargaining unit will govern the Sick Bank. Each bargaining unit will appoint a member for a two-year term. If that appointed member cannot serve the full term, the bargaining unit will replace that member for the remaining balance of the term.

The Sick Bank Committee. 10. The Sick Bank shall be administered by a joint committee consisting of three Association members and one administrator. The vote of the administrator and a majority of the Association members shall be required to approve any action of the Sick Bank Committee.
The Sick Bank Committee. The Sick Bank Committee shall be composed of five (5) members, three (3) to be appointed by OAPSE president and one (1) to be appointed by the Superintendent. The Board treasurer shall sit as the Board's designee to the Committee.
