Level Payment. In addition to the foregoing, if the rental is levelized over the Lease Term set forth in the Vehicle Order or over another agreed period, and Customer terminates the lease of a Vehicle prior to the expiration of such levelized period, Customer agrees to pay GECFS the difference between the actual averaged interest billed and simple interest.

Level Payment. Where an employee is assigned a specific task, project or responsibility of a higher work level value than his or her normal duties and that assignment forms more than 20 percent of the employeeʹs total workload, the employee will be paid a higher work level payment (HWLP) subject to the qualifying periods being met. In order to be eligible for HWLP the following qualifying periods must be met: • APS Level employees assigned all of the available duties— minimum five working days • APS Level employees assigned some of the available duties—ten or more working days • Executive Level (EL) employees assigned some or all of the available duties—ten or more working days. HWLP will continue to be paid during a period of leave provided that: • any qualifying period for payment has been met • payment will not be made beyond the date on which the employee would have ceased performing duties at the higher work level • where an employee is on less than full pay the allowance will be paid on a pro rata basis.
