LICENSE FOR FITOUT WORKS. 11.1 Upon constructing the Allotted Apartment as per the specification and subject to the Allottee making payment of the total consideration for the Allotted Apartment, the extras, the deposits and the taxes as mentioned in Clauses 1.2.1, 1.2.2, 1.2.3 and 1.2.4 of Section III of this agreement, the Promoter may, at the requisition of the Allottee, permit the Allottee to do fitout works in the Allotted Apartment.

LICENSE FOR FITOUT WORKS. Upon constructing the Allotted Apartment as per the specification and subject to the Allottee making payment of the total consideration for the Allotted Apartment, the extras, the deposits and the taxes as mentioned in Clauses 1.2.1, 1.2.2, 1.2.3 and 1.2.4 of Section III of this agreement, the Promoter may, at the requisition of the Allottee, permit the Allottee to do fitout works in the Allotted Apartment. During the period of permissive use, the Allottee shall only have temporary license to do fitout works in the Allotted Apartment and shall not be entitled to claim possession. The right of the Allottee to claim and have possession of the Allotted Apartment shall become effective with effect from the date of issuance of the Completion/Occupancy Certificate by the concerned authority and the Allottee shall become liable and responsible to observe fulfil and perform all the terms and conditions of this agreement applicable to the Apartment Acquisition taking possession of their respective apartments.

  • Licensed Software Computer program(s) provided by Contractor in connection with the Deliverables, subject to Section 14 of this Contract.

  • Third Party Technology The Company makes use of third party technology to collect information required for traffic measurement, research, and analytics. Use of third party technology entails data collection. We therefore would like to inform clients the Company enables third parties to place or read cookies located on the browsers of users entering the Company’s domain. Said third parties may also use web beacons to collect information through advertising located on the Company’s web site. Please note that you may change your browser settings to refuse or disable Local Shared Objects and similar technologies; however, by doing so you may be disabling some of the functionality of Company’s services.

  • Licensee Data Licensee acknowledges and agrees that Licensee will be solely responsible for backing-up, and taking all appropriate measures to protect and secure, Licensee Data. Licensee acknowledges that Nuix may make, store and maintain back up copies of Licensee Data, but is not obliged to do so. Nuix will not be liable for any loss or corruption of Licensee Data.

  • Product Warranty for Software Deliverables During the Project warranty period, defects in the materials or workmanship of the Software Deliverables specified and furnished by or through Contractor shall be repaired or replaced by Contractor at no cost or expense to the Authorized User. Contractor shall extend the Project warranty period by the cumulative period(s) of time, after notification, during which the Software Deliverables require servicing or replacement (down time) or is in the possession of the Contractor, its agents, officers, Subcontractors, distributors, resellers or employees . The Commissioner agrees that Contractor is not responsible for any modification of the Software Deliverables made by an Authorized User without Contractor’s approval.

  • License Keys The Software, when used in production, requires a License Key to install or access it. You are responsible for the use of any License Key(s) assigned to you and must not share the License Key(s) with any third party. If your License Key is stolen, or if you suspect any improper or illegal usage of your License Key, you should promptly notify Acumatica of such occurrence. A replacement License Key will be issued to you and the compromised License Key will be disabled.

  • Third Party Software/Open Source Nothing in this Agreement shall restrict, limit or otherwise affect any rights or obligations You may have, or conditions to which You may be subject, under any applicable open source licenses to any open source code contained in the Software. The Software may include or be bundled with other software programs licensed under different terms and/or licensed by a licensor other than Licensor. Use of any software programs accompanied by a separate license agreement is governed by that separate license agreement. Any third party software that may be provided with the Software is included for use at Your option.

  • COPYRIGHTED MATERIALS Dental Group hereby grants Manager the right to --------------------- use any and all copyrighted materials authored or owned by Dental Group including, specifically, the Dental Group dental management system software programs (the "Programs"). This license includes the right to sublicense the Programs and the right to prepare and own derivative works based on the Programs, all without a duty of accounting to Dental Group. Dental Group shall execute all documents required to enable Manager to own, use and exploit all such rights.
