License Restriction. This Agreement is subject to the terms and conditions of the Non-exclusive Copyright License Agreement between the National Aeronautics and Space Administration a nd Ohio Aerospace Institute for Technology known as “Numerical Propulsion System Simulation (NPSS)” assigned to SwRI on May 1, 2013.
License Restriction. Licensee’s use of the Subscription Software and Subscription Services is subject to any License Restriction specified in the applicable Order Form.

Licensee also may not use, or distribute to any party, any final products made by assistance of the Educational Edition for any commercial purposes. "Educational Edition" hereunder means a version of the Program or any copy, portion, extract or derivative thereof, for use by students and faculty of educational institutions only, and not for any commercial purposes. The Dolby Encoder license included in this package is a license only for Consumer use, and therefore may not be used for commercial purposes. The Grass Valley HQ Codec license included in this package is a license only for creating and editing video files for commercial use. If Licensee wishes to use the Grass Valley HQ Codec to include with other commercial products, please contact Licensor.

License Restriction. AppTech’s use of the Subscription Software and Subscription Services is subject to any Licence Restriction specified in the applicable Order Form.

Kolltan recognizes that Spirogen is party to certain agreements prior to the Effective Date (the “Pre-Existing Agreements”) and may enter into other agreements not in conflict with this Agreement in the future. Accordingly, Kolltan understands and agrees that the license granted in this Agreement is restricted to Licensed Products that Specifically Bind the Target (or Replacement Target if selected) licensed hereunder and that no license is given or implied under the Licensed Intellectual Property with respect to any PBD or Drug Moiety alone or conjugated to an Antibody that does not Specifically Bind the Target or Replacement Target as the case may be. For the avoidance of doubt, Spirogen may grant licenses to a Third Party under the Licensed Intellectual Property for any purpose provided it does not license rights to any products that Specifically Bind the Target or Replacement Target as the case may be.

The licenses granted by Supplier to Gap pursuant to each of Sections 22.5 (Supplier Proprietary Software and Supplier Third Party Software), 22.6 (Supplier Proprietary Documentation and Supplier Third Party Documentation), and 22.7 (Supplier Proprietary Intellectual Property and Supplier Third Party Intellectual Property) with respect to Supplier Software, Supplier Documentation and Supplier Intellectual Property (collectively, “Supplier Tools”) do not include the right of Gap to modify, alter or create derivative works thereof.
