Licensee Equipment. Licensee will supply, at its own expense, the equipment, software, and services necessary to be able to access the Website and Services. Such equipment and services may include, without limitation, Internet access service via an Internet service provider and associated necessary hardware and network connectivity for either a dial up or Internet connection (i.e. modem, cable modem, digital subscriber line, T-1 connection, etc.).
Licensee Equipment. Licensee shall, at its own cost and expense, maintain all Licensee Equipment at such Site Space in good repair, condition and working order, and shall provide or arrange for all parts, mechanisms, devices and servicing required therefor. Licensee shall be responsible for any repairs to or servicing of such Licensee Equipment, and for any maintenance/service agreement that may cover such Licensee Equipment. Except in the case of an emergency, Company shall not relocate, move, alter, or disturb any Licensee Equipment at any Site Space without the prior written consent of Licensee, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, denied, conditioned, or delayed. Any Licensee Equipment not removed from the Site Space within two business (2) days of the expiration or termination of the applicable Order Form shall be assumed abandoned and Company, or, if applicable, such Site Landlord, may dispose of such Licensee Equipment as Company or Site Landlord deems appropriate, in its sole discretion, and Licensee shall be responsible for any expenses associated with such disposal.
Licensee Equipment. LICENSEE shall, at its own cost and expense, maintain the Equipment in good and safe condition, and in compliance with applicable fire, health, building, and life safety codes, and other applicable Laws. LICENSEE shall obtain from LICENSOR any and all permits required for the purposes of maintaining the Equipment, under the terms generally applicable for such permits. Applicable fees for any permits shall be borne by LICENSEE, and LICENSEE shall be bound by the requirements of said permits.
Licensee Equipment. Licensee shall, at its own expense, procure any equipment necessary to implement or receive each Product (“Licensee Equipment”). Crown Castle will have no obligation to install, maintain, or repair Licensee Equipment. Promptly upon notice from Crown Castle, Licensee shall eliminate any hazard, interference or Product obstruction that any such Licensee Equipment is causing or may cause as reasonably determined by Crown Castle.

The Licensee may place and store Licensee Equipment in the Licensee Locker Room, the Licensee Storage Facilities and in the other Licensee Exclusive Spaces without any charge therefor. All Licensee Equipment shall be the property of the Licensee and may be removed at any time by the Licensee.

Licensee Equipment. Any unavailability that results from or is caused by applications, equipment or facilities located on Licensee’s premises or under its direction or control.
