Licensee’s Use of the Site. Licensee shall use the Licensed Space at the Site to install, operate and maintain only the Equipment specified in the Order to which the SLA applies and shall transmit and receive only within the FCC-licensed or unlicensed frequency ranges specified in the Order, at the power levels specified in the Order. Licensee shall comply with all permits, directives, Laws, the Installation Standards and the Building Rules (if any).
