LICENSES, PERMITS, REGISTRATIONS AND CERTIFICATES. ARTIST shall obtain and maintain in effect during the term of this Agreement, all licenses, permits, registrations and certificates, if any, required by law, which are applicable to the performance of this Agreement, and shall further ensure that all of its officers, employees and agents who perform services hereunder obtain and maintain in effect during the term of this Agreement, all licenses, permits, registrations and certificates required by law which are applicable to their performance of services hereunder.
