LIDB. 10.1 BellSouth LIDB stores current information on working telephone numbers and billing account numbers. 10.2 Where Image Access is purchasing Resale services BellSouth shall utilize BellSouth’s service order generated from Image Access LSR’s to populate LIDB with Image Access’s customer information. BellSouth provides access to information in its LIDB, including Image Access customer information, to its LIDB customers via queries to LIDB. 10.2.1 When necessary for fraud control measures, BellSouth may perform additions, updates and deletions of Image Access data to the LIDB (e.g., calling card deactivation). 10.2.2 Image Access will not be charged a fee for LIDB storage services provided by BellSouth to Image Access pursuant to this Attachment.

For access to LIDB, ITC^DeltaCom must purchase appropriate signaling links pursuant to Section 7.4 below. LIDB contains records associated with End User Line Numbers and Special Billing Numbers. LIDB accepts queries from other Network Elements and provides appropriate responses. The query originator need not be the owner of LIDB data. LIDB queries include functions such as screening billed numbers that provides the ability to accept Collect or Third Number Billing calls and validation of Telephone Line Number based non-proprietary calling cards. The interface for the LIDB functionality is the interface between BellSouth’s CCS network and other CCS networks. LIDB also interfaces to administrative systems.

Information stored for OneTone, pursuant to this Agreement, shall be available to those Telecommunications Service providers. 10.2.1 When necessary for fraud control measures, BellSouth may perform additions, updates and deletions of OneTone data to the LIDB (e.g., calling card deactivation).
