Access Data. If the website is visited without any information regarding the person, the GRB only stores the access data. These comprise, for example, the date and time of access, the referrer, the web browser used and the name of the service provider. No person-related analysis of the data takes place. The GRB solely analyses the data for statistical purposes.
Access Data. PFPC shall provide to the Funds and the Funds agree to use AccessData’s SalesVision sales, compensation and compliance tracking and reporting services (“SalesVision”) as follows:
(i) At project initiation, Access Data/PFPC will begin a project to implement SalesVision to support internal sales, compensation and compliance reporting for the “GE Funds” and the “Elfun Funds” identified on Exhibit A. PFPC shall implement these SalesVision-related services based on the following current assumptions; provided, however, that to the extent the expected usage of these services material exceeds the following assumptions, PFPC and the Funds will determine whether to negotiate in good faith additional compensation:
(A) Total classes of shares for “GE Funds” are approximately 48 and for “Elfun Funds” are approximately 6;
(B) Monthly transaction volumes for “GE Funds” are approximately 22,000 (1,000 per day) and for “Elfun Funds” are approximately 5,500 (300 per day);
(C) Total accounts for “GE Funds” are approximately 85,000 and for “Elfun Funds” are approximately 75,000;
(D) The Funds will outsource the hosting services to Access Data/PFPC; and
(E) PFPC/The Funds will perform data stewardship tasks.
(ii) PFPC/Access Data will convert the “GE Funds” and “Elfun Funds” transaction history for 2003 and YTD 2004 utilizing the PFPC settled trade file.
(iii) The Funds agree to be a reference for the SalesVision/PFPC product offering and permit PFPC/Access Data to list the Funds as a SalesVision client.
Access Data. 32.1. You will notify FXTM immediately if you know or suspect that your Access Data has or may have been disclosed to any third person.
Access Data. (1) The Licensor shall provide the Licensee with the access data once the software agreement has been concluded.
(2) The Licensee shall keep the access data secret and provide access exclusively to those employees who are authorised to use it. The Licensee must report any misuse or loss of access data. The Licensor is entitled to immediately block the access data and will provide the Licensee with corresponding new access data.
(3) For each individual case in which the Licensee discloses its access data to third parties or otherwise enables third parties to use the software, the Licensor shall be entitled to claim liquidated damages from the Licensee in the amount of the fee for one year for one user. The damages shall be set higher or lower if the Licensor proves higher damages or the Licensee proves that lower damages or no damages at all have been incurred. In the event that further damages are claimed, including against the third party, the liquidated damages shall be credited.
(4) In the event of unauthorised use or transfer of use to third parties, the Licensee shall, upon request, provide the Licensor with all necessary details about the third party that are known to the Licensee to enable the Licensor to make any claims for compensation, in particular name, address and date and scope of the use

32.2. In case we suspect unauthorized access to (due to your actions or not) or the use of your access codes, any login code, passwords (“Access Data”) for your Platform, we will terminate access to your Trading Account to investigate.
32.3. You agree to co-operate with any investigation ACTIVE BROKER may conduct into any misuse of your Access Data.
32.4. You will be liable for all Orders given through and under your Access Data and any such Orders received by us will be considered as given by you, unless establish that the Orders in question were a result of unauthorized access at no fault on your side.
32.5. You are solely responsible for providing and maintaining the compatible equipment necessary to access and use your Platform.

Access Data. All access data (user name and password) are only intended for the personal use of the guest and may not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances. The guest undertakes to keep his access data secret. The owner has the right to change access codes at any time.
Access Data. Login - unique identification code in the User's Paynet System, which is identical to the User's mobile phone number; - Password - secret combination of letters, numbers or symbols, set by the User at the time of registration in the Paynet System, in order to access the Payment Account in the Paynet System; - Code - disposable code, sent by the Company to the User via SMS message, intended for the authentication of the User for the purposes related to accessing the Payment Account and authorizing the Payment operations in the Paynet System; - Keyword - secret word, used to identify the User by the Company in case of need to block / unblock the Payment Account (can be set optionally by the User); - PIN-code - 4-digit secret combination, set by the User at the time of registration in the Paynet System through the "Paynet Wallet" application, in order to authenticate the User when accessing the Paynet System and authorize Payment Operations in the Payment Account performed in the given application.
Access Data. Owner hereby grants permission to Entering Party to enter the Property for the limited purpose of the Activity. Entering Party acknowledges the valuable consideration extended by Owner in granting such permission. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Owner has the right to limit the scope and direction of the Activity as it may deem appropriate in their sole discretion, and as otherwise allowed by Texas law. In addition, employees and representatives of the Entering Party shall not leave any area designated by an employee of Owner unless accompanied by Owner or an employee of Owner.
a. The only permitted point of ingress and egress for access to the Property is designated as the entrance gate located at 000 Xxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxx. The gate located at the point of ingress and egress is to be kept closed at all times except when in use.
b. Entering Party will provide advance written notice at least 24 hours prior each entry onto the Property, identifying the individuals and contractors (including the employees or agents of any contractor conducting work for or on behalf of Entering Party) who will be on the Property, the time of entry and the intended duration of surveying activities on the Property. The Entering Party shall not enter the Property unless accompanied by the Owner or the Owner’s designated representative; or unless given permission in writing by the Owner to enter the Property unaccompanied.
c. Entering Party and its Contractors are strictly prohibited from directly or indirectly utilizing the Property to access any other properties. If any portion of a contiguous property sustains any damage by reason of the acts or omissions of Entering Party or its contractors, then Entering Party or its contractors, or both, shall be the only parties responsible for restoring the contiguous property to its condition existing immediately before the occurrence of this damage.
d. All vehicles on the Property must remain confined to existing roads unless Owner provides prior written consent.
e. Owner reserves the right to require persons entering the property to sign or log in with Owner (or Owner’s representative) prior to entering onto the Property and to observe all activities on the property by the Entering Party and its contractors.
