Access Data. If the website is visited without any information regarding the person, the GRB only stores the access data. These comprise, for example, the date and time of access, the referrer, the web browser used and the name of the service provider. No person-related analysis of the data takes place. The GRB solely analyses the data for statistical purposes.

Access Data. PFPC shall provide to the Funds and the Funds agree to use AccessData’s SalesVision sales, compensation and compliance tracking and reporting services (“SalesVision”) as follows: (i) At project initiation, Access Data/PFPC will begin a project to implement SalesVision to support internal sales, compensation and compliance reporting for the “GE Funds” and the “Elfun Funds” identified on Exhibit A. PFPC shall implement these SalesVision-related services based on the following current assumptions; provided, however, that to the extent the expected usage of these services material exceeds the following assumptions, PFPC and the Funds will determine whether to negotiate in good faith additional compensation: (A) Total classes of shares for “GE Funds” are approximately 48 and for “Elfun Funds” are approximately 6; (B) Monthly transaction volumes for “GE Funds” are approximately 22,000 (1,000 per day) and for “Elfun Funds” are approximately 5,500 (300 per day); (C) Total accounts for “GE Funds” are approximately 85,000 and for “Elfun Funds” are approximately 75,000; (D) The Funds will outsource the hosting services to Access Data/PFPC; and (E) PFPC/The Funds will perform data stewardship tasks. (ii) PFPC/Access Data will convert the “GE Funds” and “Elfun Funds” transaction history for 2003 and YTD 2004 utilizing the PFPC settled trade file. (iii) The Funds agree to be a reference for the SalesVision/PFPC product offering and permit PFPC/Access Data to list the Funds as a SalesVision client.

Access Data. (1) The Licensor shall provide the Licensee with the access data once the software agreement has been concluded. (4) In the event of unauthorised use or transfer of use to third parties, the Licensee shall, upon request, provide the Licensor with all necessary details about the third party that are known to the Licensee to enable the Licensor to make any claims for compensation, in particular name, address and date and scope of the use

Access Data. All access data (user name and password) are only intended for the personal use of the guest and may not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances. The guest undertakes to keep his access data secret. The owner has the right to change access codes at any time.

Access Data. Owner hereby grants permission to Entering Party to enter the Property for the limited purpose of the Activity. Entering Party acknowledges the valuable consideration extended by Owner in granting such permission. Entering Party and its Contractors are strictly prohibited from directly or indirectly utilizing the Property to access any other properties. If any portion of a contiguous property sustains any damage by reason of the acts or omissions of Entering Party or its contractors, then Entering Party or its contractors, or both, shall be the only parties responsible for restoring the contiguous property to its condition existing immediately before the occurrence of this damage. d. All vehicles on the Property must remain confined to existing roads unless Owner provides prior written consent. e. Owner reserves the right to require persons entering the property to sign or log in with Owner (or Owner’s representative) prior to entering onto the Property and to observe all activities on the property by the Entering Party and its contractors. f. The Activities must not interfere with or disrupt the normal activities on Property or on any contiguous property and must not endanger the health, safety, or welfare of Owner or anyone else on the Property or on any contiguous proper...
