LIMITATION ON UNUSED VACATION LEAVE BALANCES. Represented employees may accrue vacation leave balances up to a maximum of two (2) times the represented employee’s annual vacation accrual rate as of the pay period containing January 1 of each year. Should the represented employee’s vacation leave balance exceed the allowable amount, the represented employee will cease to accrue vacation leave until such time as the vacation balance is reduced below the maximum allowable balance.
