It is your responsibility to notify us in writing when your primary residence ceases to be in an eligible state, and we will then cancel your enrollment in the Plan. If you reestablish a primary residence in a state where Schwab offers the Plan, you must complete a new Designated Beneficiary Plan Agreement. If you have any questions as to whether your primary residence is in a state where Schwab offers the Plan, please contact your Investment Advisor.
Limited Availability. FTX CrossFit may close its Facility for seminars, certifications, maintenance, selected holidays and other hours based on municipal requirements. FTX CrossFit may delete, change, discontinue, repair, or replace any part or all of the Facility without any effect on this Agreement. If no part of the Facility is unavailable for more than three (3) consecutive days (not including Sundays) for any reason but less than fifteen consecutive days (not including Sundays), except acts of nature, FTX CrossFit will extend your membership, without Dues, for the same period the Facility was unavailable. Should the facility become unavailable for more than fifteen consecutive days (not including Sundays) for any reason including acts of nature, then you may elect to cancel this membership effective the following 1st of the month. FTX CrossFit will not be responsible for refunding any membership fees paid, including advance payments up to 12 months. Any memberships that are paid for more than 12 months in advance will have the portion corresponding to a term beyond 12 months refunded.

If no part of the facility is available to Athlete for more than seven (7) consecutive days (not including Sundays) for any reason, but less than fifteen (15) consecutive days (not including Sundays), except acts of nature, D1 will extend Athlete’s program, without additional Program Fees, for the same period the facility was unavailable. Should the facility become unavailable for more than fifteen (15) consecutive days (not including Sundays) for any reason including acts of nature, then Athlete may elect to cancel the program effective the following first of the month. D1 will not be responsible for refunding any Program Fees paid, including advance payments up to twelve (12) weeks. Any programs that are paid for more than twelve (12) weeks in advance will have the portion corresponding to a term beyond twelve (12) weeks refunded.
Limited Availability. The Athlete’s Den may close its Facility for seminars, certifications, maintenance, select holidays, private events, or other restricted hours based on municipal requirements. The Athlete’s Den may delete, change, discontinue, repair, or replace any part or all of the Facility without any effect to this Agreement. Should the Facility become unavailable for more than ten (10) consecutive days, excluding acts of nature, then the Member may elect to cancel this membership effective immediately. The Athlete’s Den will not be responsible for refunding any membership fees paid.
Limited Availability. Access from AT&T is only available to Qualifying Households. If your residence is not a Qualifying Household, you are not eligible for Access from AT&T.
Limited Availability. To maintain a personal service we limited the number of ongoing clients we care for. Variable Costs: Because our adviser fees are linked to the value of your underlying investments the cost of our service is not fixed i.e. if the value of your assets increases so will our adviser fees. Always work in progress: In our opinion a financial plan is always work in progress and therefore a “core” client file remains “open” which reflects the on-going nature of this service. We require clients to give us instructions in writing, or by email, to avoid the risk of errors and omissions. We will, however, accept oral instructions provided they are confirmed in writing. Any investment, insurance, mortgage or equity release product is not in place until we have confirmed it to you in writing.
