Line Guarantee. 1. In the event a Lineholder involuntarily loses all or any part of her/his pairing(s) in her/his original or adjusted line of flying during the month (except for time lost due to end-of-month schedule conflicts - see Paragraph 2 below), her/his projected line value shall remain as it was immediately prior to the loss of flight time. She/he may be reassigned to another pairings(s) per Section 7.Q.

Line Guarantee. Except for Flight Attendants holding a reduced-credit line, Flight Attendants holding a regular line shall be paid, at a minimum, the greater of the following:
Line Guarantee. This paragraph C.1 will become effective upon the date of signing of this agreement and shall continue in effect until signing plus four years, at which time it will be replaced by paragraph C.3. below. A Flight Attendant line holder who has been available for duty during the entire month will receive the greater of one hundred percent (100%) of her final bid award line value, adjusted for trip trades, adds or drops, or her actual flight time. A Flight Attendant who is not available for any portion of her scheduled duty will have her line guarantee adjusted only by the credit hours for which she is not available. For purposes of this section "available" means that the Flight Attendant is not on leave of absence or otherwise absent from a day(s) of scheduled duty.
Line Guarantee. 1. In the event a Lineholder involuntarily loses all or any part of her/his ID(s) in her/his original or adjusted line of flying during the month (except for time lost due to end-of-month schedule conflicts - see Paragraph 4 below), she/he may be reassigned to another ID(s) and shall receive pay and flight time credit on the basis of the total sched- uled time shown in her/his line of flying or what was actually flown in the reassignment, whichever is greater. Such reassignments may be to any open ID(s) for which she/he is legal provided that the assign- ment does not interfere with the next scheduled ID, and further provided that the ID(s) to which such Flight Attendant is reassigned is scheduled to return the Flight Attendant to her/his home domicile no more than twenty-two (22) hours later than the original scheduled ID. Priority will be given to reassigning Flight Attendants to IDs in the same operation and same number of days.
Line Guarantee. Amend Sections 3-B-8-b and 3-I-3 to account for full month line guarantee, delete any other references to 20th of the month pay protection and modify Section 3-B-8-a-(3) to create a new pay guarantee value for lineholders.

  • The Guarantee Each Guarantor hereby jointly and severally with the other Guarantors guarantees, as a primary obligor and not merely as a surety to each Secured Party and their respective permitted successors and assigns, the prompt payment in full when due (whether at stated maturity, by required prepayment, declaration, demand, by acceleration or otherwise) of the principal of and interest (including any interest, fees, costs or charges that would accrue but for the provisions of (i) the Title 11 of the United States Code after any bankruptcy or insolvency petition under Title 11 of the United States Code and (ii) any other Debtor Relief Laws) on the Loans made by the Lenders to, and the Notes held by each Lender of, the Borrower, and all other Secured Obligations from time to time owing to the Secured Parties by any Loan Party or any Subsidiary under any Loan Document or any Secured Hedge Agreement or any Treasury Services Agreement, in each case strictly in accordance with the terms thereof (such obligations, including any future increases in the amount thereof, being herein collectively called the “Guaranteed Obligations”); provided, however, that Guaranteed Obligations shall exclude all Excluded Swap Obligations. The Guarantors hereby jointly and severally agree that if the Borrower or other Guarantor(s) shall fail to pay in full when due (whether at stated maturity, by acceleration or otherwise) any of the Guaranteed Obligations, the Guarantors will promptly pay the same in cash, without any demand or notice whatsoever, and that in the case of any extension of time of payment or renewal of any of the Guaranteed Obligations, the same will be promptly paid in full when due (whether at extended maturity, by acceleration or otherwise) in accordance with the terms of such extension or renewal.

  • Guarantee The Guarantor irrevocably and unconditionally agrees to pay in full to the Holders the Guarantee Payments (without duplication of amounts theretofore paid by the Issuer), as and when due, regardless of any defense, right of set-off or counterclaim that the Issuer may have or assert. The Guarantor's obligation to make a Guarantee Payment may be satisfied by direct payment of the required amounts by the Guarantor to the Holders or by causing the Issuer to pay such amounts to the Holders.

  • Guaranty Each Guarantor hereby absolutely and unconditionally, jointly and severally guarantees, as primary obligor and as a guaranty of payment and performance and not merely as a guaranty of collection, prompt payment when due, whether at stated maturity, by required prepayment, upon acceleration, demand or otherwise, and at all times thereafter, of any and all Secured Obligations (for each Guarantor, subject to the proviso in this sentence, its “Guaranteed Obligations”); provided that (a) the Guaranteed Obligations of a Guarantor shall exclude any Excluded Swap Obligations with respect to such Guarantor and (b) the liability of each Guarantor individually with respect to this Guaranty shall be limited to an aggregate amount equal to the largest amount that would not render its obligations hereunder subject to avoidance under Section 548 of the Bankruptcy Code of the United States or any comparable provisions of any applicable state law. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Guaranteed Obligations shall include any such indebtedness, obligations, and liabilities, or portion thereof, which may be or hereafter become unenforceable or compromised or shall be an allowed or disallowed claim under any proceeding or case commenced by or against any debtor under any Debtor Relief Laws. The Administrative Agent’s books and records showing the amount of the Obligations shall be admissible in evidence in any action or proceeding, and shall be binding upon each Guarantor, and conclusive for the purpose of establishing the amount of the Secured Obligations. This Guaranty shall not be affected by the genuineness, validity, regularity or enforceability of the Secured Obligations or any instrument or agreement evidencing any Secured Obligations, or by the existence, validity, enforceability, perfection, non-perfection or extent of any collateral therefor, or by any fact or circumstance relating to the Secured Obligations which might otherwise constitute a defense to the obligations of the Guarantors, or any of them, under this Guaranty, and each Guarantor hereby irrevocably waives any defenses it may now have or hereafter acquire in any way relating to any or all of the foregoing.

  • Payment Guarantee 20.1 On Contracts where one hundred (100%) percent performance bonds and payment bonds are executed, this Article 20 does not apply.

  • Money Back Guarantee If we provide a money back guarantee ("MBG") for your Service, it will begin on your Service Ready Date. During this MBG period you may cancel your Service and receive a full refund of all monthly, one-time and equipment charges paid to Verizon (provided you return all Equipment in good working condition). If you fail to return the Equipment, an unreturned Equipment fee will apply. ETFs will not apply to Service terminated within the MBG period. The MBG does not apply to customers who change between or renew bundle, monthly, term or other pricing plans. The MBG is limited to one per Subscriber per Service type per Service address.

  • PRICE GUARANTEE The prices established herein shall prevail for the term of this Agreement, except in the event of a general market decline in prices of such commodities at any time during the period of this Contract, the Contractor agrees that the State of Mississippi shall receive full benefit of such decline. The State Bureau of Financial Control shall not approve any account nor order and direct payment of any account for the purchase of any commodity covered by this Contract when the purchase price is in excess of the maximum price fixed in this Agreement.

  • Warranty/Guarantee 14.1.1 Developer shall obtain and preserve for the benefit of the District, manufacturer’s warranties on materials, fixtures, and equipment incorporated into the Work.
