List of New Employees. ‌ At least every thirty (30) days, the City shall provide the Union with a list of employees who are employed in classifications represented by the bargaining unit. To the extent it is known, information shall include: name; classification date; job title; department; work location; work, home, and personal cellular phone numbers; personal email address; and the home address of each employee.
