First-time Freshmen: Students entering as freshmen with no college credit at the time of matriculation to NDNU fulfill this requirement by taking and passing ENG 1036 or an equivalent transfer course. Transfer Students: Students entering with college credit at the time of matriculation to NDNU, and nontraditional age students, may satisfy this requirement with an approved transfer course. All Students may select from the courses that satisfy ENG 1036 or ENG 1040 to meet the requirement for One Additional Course in the Creative Arts, below. The Sub-Sublandlord warrants that the Existing Furniture is free of any financial lien or hypothec and that there are no service contracts affecting the Existing Furniture. The parties acknowledge and agree that, upon the execution and delivery of this Sub-Sublease, without the requirement of any additional consideration, all rights, title and ownership in and to the Existing Furniture shall be conveyed to and vest in Sub-Subtenant and Sub-Subtenant shall be free to maintain and/or dispose the Existing Furniture as Sub-Subtenant so elects in its sole discretion but subject to the terms hereof. The foregoing conveyance with respect to the Existing Furniture shall be self-executing and no additional documentation shall be required in order to evidence the aforementioned assignment and conveyance of the Existing Furniture to Sub-Subtenant. Sub-Sublandlord makes no representation or warranty as to the condition, fitness or suitability of such Existing Furniture for Sub-Subtenant’s purposes.   • Relationship Management LAUSD expects Contractors and their Representatives to ensure that their business dealings with and/or on behalf of LAUSD are conducted in a manner that is above reproach.

  • Directory To participate in the MnDOT TGB program, a business must be certified at the time of contract execution. Certified Targeted Group Businesses are listed in the Directory of Certified Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged and VET Vendors. MnDOT makes no representation as to any TGB’s technical or financial ability to perform the work. Prime contractors are solely responsible for performing due diligence in hiring TGB firms. A TGB’s failure to perform the work will not be considered justification for a compensation increase or time extension.

  • Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the Tenant whom, or whose employees or invitees, shall have caused it.
