LIVESTOCK AND PETS. 13.01 No poultry, birds, livestock (swine, cattle, sheep, goats etc.) or animals of any kind other than domestic pets (dogs and cats) shall be kept on the property. 13.02 No domesticated household pets, regardless of type, shall be permitted to run at large. 13.03 Property Owners are required to abide by RM of Loreburn Bylaw No.09/2013 respecting the owning or harbouring of dogs, as may be amended or revised from time to time.

LIVESTOCK AND PETS. Unless the following is amended by the Regulations established and amended by the Developer or by the Board of Directors of the Association, When Empowered, from time to time, no animals, livestock or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred or kept on any Lot or Area of Extended Lot Owner Responsibility, except that dogs, cats or other small household pets may be kept subject to applicable leash laws, provided that they are not kept, bred or maintained for any commercial purpose. Such household pets must not constitute a nuisance as determined by the Board of Directors in its sole discretion within the Community or cause unsanitary conditions within the Community, and no animal kept outside the Dwelling shall be kept in a manner which disturbs the quiet enjoyment of the Community or any other Owner. While not in a fully confined area, all dogs shall be restrained by leashes and no dogs shall enter upon any Lot or Area of Extended Lot Owner Responsibility without the express permission of that Owner or on the Common Area without express permission of the Developer, or the Association, When Empowered. No pet which has caused any damage or injury shall be walked in the Community, whether on a leash or otherwise. All pets shall be registered, licensed and vaccinated as required by law. The pet owner will be responsible for clean up and removal of fecal matter deposited by such pet and shall be liable for, indemnify and hold harmless any other Owner, the Developer and the Association from any loss, cost, damage or expense incurred by such Owner, the Developer or the Association as a result of any violation of this provision. (See Article X for the Association's Remedies for Violation.)

  • Animals and Pets 3.11.1 Not keep any animals, birds, reptiles or pets of any description in the Property without the prior written consent of the Landlord such consent not to be unreasonably withheld but can be withdrawn upon reasonable notice.

  • Irrigation An irrigation reduced pressure zone (hereinafter referred to as “RPZ”) is required for any irrigation systems and must be installed by the Developer and/or eventual lot owner and tested in accordance with the Minnesota Department of Health Guidelines for Designing Backflow Prevention Assembly Installations (hereinafter referred to as “Guidelines”). The initial test results and certification shall be submitted to the City of Maple Grove Public Works Department. Subsequently, the RPZ must be tested, per the Guidelines, at least annually by a certified tester with the results reported to the City of Maple Grove Building Department and the RPZ must be rebuilt as needed in accordance with the Guidelines. Test/rebuilt reports shall be mailed or faxed to the City of Maple Grove Building Department at (000) 000-0000. The irrigation system shall be designed, and the Plans shall be modified accordingly, prior to the issuance of any permits for the development of the Property, to accommodate a 1-inch water meter and a maximum flow of 50 gallons per minute.

  • Sick and Personal Leave The Assistant Principal shall annually be entitled to twelve (12) days of sick leave and two (2) days of personal leave. Unused personal leave days will accumulate as sick leave days. Earned sick leave may accumulate to a maximum of 340 days. Every sick day that is issued for the current school year and eventually not utilized during that school year will be multiplied by 1.5 at the end of the school year (e.g., 10 unused sick days on June 30, 2022 will be converted in a credit of 15 sick days for the Assistant Principal’s use.) This unused sick day multiplier will not be in effect during the four (4) years prior to retirement.
