Training Fund Employers and/or individuals who manage, operate, assist or own, either partially or wholly, a company or companies working non-union in the construction industry on Mainland Nova Scotia within the craft jurisdiction of xxx Xxxxxxxxxx Local 83 shall not be eligible to be appointed to serve, or to continue to serve, as trustees on any trust fund referred to within this Collective Agreement. This provision shall apply to management trustees and union trustees alike.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING FUND 22.01 i) The Employer shall contribute to the Union the sum of Five cents ($.05) per hour per full- time employee for each hour worked for education and training of Union members.
Education/Training Research
Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.

Staff Nurse A registered nurse who is responsible for the direct and indirect nursing care of the patient.
Non-Medical, Personalized Services PRACTICE shall also provide Patient with the following non-medical services (“Non-Medical Services”), which are complementary to our members in the course of care:
SPECIALIZED JOB CLASSES Where there is a particular specialized job class in which the pay rate is below the local market value assessment of that job class, the parties may use existing means under the collective agreement to adjust compensation for that job class.
Education, Training and Experience Grade 12 and two years' recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Education & Assistance Fund a. The Employer shall contribute and remit such contributions to the Union’s Education & Assistance Fund as specified in Schedule “A” for each hour worked by each employee covered by this Agreement.
