Common use of Local 183 Members’ Training Fund Clause in Contracts

Local 183 Members’ Training Fund. The Labourers’ International Union of North America, Local 183 and the Association agree to amend Section 8.01 of the Agreement and Declaration of Trust made as of the 1st day of May 1977 establishing the Labourers’ Local 183 Members’ Training and Rehabilitation Fund, as amended, so that it provides as follows:

Local 183 Members’ Training Fund. The Labourers’ Labourers International Union of North America, Local 183 and the Association agree to amend Section section 8.01 of the Agreement and Declaration of Trust made as of the 1st day of May 1, 1977 establishing the Labourers’ Local 183 Members’ Training and Rehabilitation Fund, as amended, so that it provides as follows:

The Labourers’ ' International Union of North America, Local 183 and the Association agree to amend Section 8.01 section 8. 01 of the Agreement and Declaration of Trust made as of the 1st day of May 1, 1977 establishing the Labourers’ ' Local 183 Members’ ' Training and 27 Rehabilitation Fund, as amended, so that it provides as follows:
