Local Business Office. While customers have traditionally contacted us by telephone, letter, or visiting a payment center, Comcast is increasingly using our technology expertise to expand the options customers have available to interact with and do business with the company. Customers can transact business with Comcast in the multiple ways without visiting a service center. Based on direct feedback from our customers, we have created many new service options, including self-install kits, online account management options, electronic payments, the ability to order equipment through the mail and drop-off equipment at The UPS Store locations. Customers also have the options listed below. Local Business Office. In accordance with 47 C.F.R., Part 76, Subpart H, § 76.309(c)(v), Licensee shall maintain a local business office that shall be conveniently located and shall be open and available to Subscribers during Normal Business Hours. A third-party or Licensee-operated business office within the corporate limits of the City at which Subscribers may pay bills and pick-up and drop-off equipment at such location is deemed to be a conveniently located local business office, as is the existing business office located at 0000 X. XxXxxxxx Road #700, Xxxxxxxx, AZ 85353. Except as provided in this Section, Licensee shall, at all times during the term of this License, maintain a local business office within or immediately adjacent to the corporate limits of the City. Licensee shall give the City 90 days’ notice of its intention to close the existing local business office located at 0000 X XxXxxxxx Xxxx #700, Xxxxxxxx, AZ 85353 and shall meet promptly with the City to propose for agreement an alternate plan to provide convenient opportunities for customers to pay bills and pick-up and drop-off equipment.

(6) A need for being involved in moving from one home to another. (7) A need to leave early to attend a conference or convention to which he/she is a delegate. (8) An involvement in a wedding of a member of the immediate family. (9) A desire to attend a funeral when it is not covered under the sick leave policy. (10) A desire to be with a person who is ill and which is not covered under the sick leave policy. The above is not an exhaustive list and items may be added during the school year by the consent of both parties. C. When there is a request for personal business day or days as indicated in Article XII, 7.B, the administrator may charge a portion of the personal business against sick leave with the remaining portion being assumed by the applicant with loss of pay. D. Personal business days cannot be used for time immediately before or after an established holiday for additional vacation. E. The administrator may, in unusual circumstances, grant personal business time to a person when the applicant's request is not specifically covered by the listing. The administrator, using his best judgment will take into consideration such items as length of service, attendance, involvement in school's activities and other factors which are pertinent to the case. F. Personal business days shall be requested at least one week in advance, except in cases of emergency. Approval must be received before the employee takes the time off. G. Requests shall be made through the Department of Maintenance and Custodial Operations.
