Local Union Leave. Such leave shall not be unreasonably withheld and requests shall be made in writing as far in advance as possible, having due regard to the proper operation of the Home. The aggregate total number of days of leave, including Provincial Committee Leave, will not exceed sixty-five (65) working days in a calendar year.
