Local Union Sick Leave Bank. If the majority of Employees at a Day Care Centre wish to create a Local Union Sick Leave Bank Committee, one-quarter (¼) day sick leave per Employee, per month, shall be credited to the Union Sick Leave Bank Committee. By withdrawal from the Sick Leave Bank, the Committee shall grant sick leave with pay to an Employee who, for example, through a prolonged illness, has exhausted her own sick leave credits.
