LOCATION AND DATES. The Farmers Market is scheduled to be held in the parking area at the south end of XxXxxx Xxxxxxx Stadium, from Aug 2nd through October 25th 2018. These dates are subject to change at BYU’s sole discretion. Hours of operation are between 3:00pm and 7:00pm or dusk whichever is earlier. When dusk is not a factor, 7:00pm will be an approximate closing time based on the customer attendance at the market which will be determined by the BYU Farmers Market Manager. The Farmers Market will be held regardless of inclement weather with the exception of lightning. Full season Vendors are expected to sell at all listed events. Failure to sell at listed events will result in automatic loss of their original space assignment and BYU will thereafter assign vendor to an available space on a first come, first serve basis. Circle event dates Vendor will commit to sell: August 2nd 9th 16th 23rd 30th September 6th 13th 20th 27th October 4th 11th 18th 25th If this application is submitted with full season payment before July 1st, Vendors may request their desired top three booth spaces. LOCATION AND DATES. The Texas ASLA 2020 Annual Conference will be held April 7-9, at the Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx Convention Center, 000 X Xxxxxx Xx, Xxx Xxxxxxx, XX. IMPORTANT - The 2020 conference move-in day will be on Tuesday April 7th, and the expo will be held on Wednesday and Thursday.

Company acknowledges and understands that the locations, hours, or dates may change, and the Event(s) and/or may be rescheduled. CRETECH will attempt to provide reasonable notice to Company of any such changes. PAYMENT: CRETECH will invoice Company for the fees associated with its chosen level of sponsorship for the Event (“Sponsorship Fee”). Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Except as otherwise set forth herein, the Sponsorship Fee is nonrefundable and non-cancelable. CRETECH reserves the right to revoke or prevent Company’s Event participation in the event of non-payment.
LOCATION AND DATES. Zenkaikon 20 will be held Friday, March 2 , 20 through Sunday, March 2 , 20 at the Lancaster County Convention Center in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The Dealers Room will be in Freedom Hall B of the Convention Center and will be open all days of the convention.

LOCATION AND DATES. Duquesne University’s food-truck event (“Duq-A-Palooza”) is scheduled to be held on Thursday, April 20th, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Bluff Street, behind Mellon Hall. The event will be held regardless of inclement weather.
